WHAT IS LOVE MORE STANCE?

Yet again we set the mood for our annual ‘Love More Stance’ summer festival 2015, hosted at the 12 Target Kloof roads, Port Elizabeth 6001. With our usual Music, Car and all-rounder entertainment with an additional taste of some international musical talent, together with local performing artists from our legendary Travelers Champion DJ Line-up. Our crowd will be entertained by Avon. More attractions will be our city Port Elizabeth and its nature reserve alongside the Baakens Valley River, which creates scenery of nature and offers a relaxing atmosphere to our car enthusiasts as well as nature-lovers to enjoy.  A crowd of more than 10 000 – 15 000 during the peak season is expected, which would make this an ideal occasion to contribute to our community concerning unemployment, job creation, lack of education and resources.

•    We intent to invite our local media into this campaign such as Bay FM, and Bay-TV, Ignition Channel, Speed and Sound Magazine, Dopest inc. (Facebook Page), Low Company (Bloggers Website), to our event as our advertisers.

•    Exposing local talent is a mandate for this event as we will be using local artists and DJ’s before the main event.

•    Various cash bars will be run, by our various sponsors promoting their brands at the event.

LOVEMORE STANCE DEMOGRAPHICS

The whole event is aimed at people of all ages so there is no specific target market or age group being targeting. It is an open day for all car enthusiasts, nature lovers, young and old; we are bridging the gap between the automotive industry, the environment and entertainment.

LOCATION

Baakens Valley is a secluded Nature Conservation Park, situated in the heart of Port Elizabeth. There is a long beautiful river that flows along our chosen location which is situated 12 Target Kloof Road, Walmer. This will be our second annual event at this location and is a one day event which would be hosted on the 19 December 2015.

PARKING & SEATING 

We will make use of the available space we have at the venue. This is an outdoor location and a picnic area seating will be provided on the main field alongside the stage. The Automotive Stance display will be alongside the picnic area seating on the main field for display purpose only. Parking spaces for the automotive stance vehicles will be allocated by an executive co-ordinate. Judges and sponsor will be seated among the automotive stance display vehicles and will have a front seat view of the all-round entertainment.

TALENT

This production is 100% South African and we will proudly invest in promoting our local and national talent from our modified stance enthusiast to our musical artists and not forgetting visual artistic exhibiters.

MARKETING

A dedicated company from Port Elizabeth will be approached do the marketing, through Speed and Sound Magazine articles, Ignition on DSTV  Channel 189, Bay FM our local entertainment channel, banner boards, word of mouth, internet, social networks, branding, vehicle branding, ect.

Marketing will be done 3 months before the event including advertising of accommodation reservations that needs to be made prior to the event. Marketing will start with the following add:

The main field will cater not only for the live performance, but also accommodate the stance entries, sponsors & exhibitors. They will be offered he best seats to display there work.
